MTM Presents: a Scott Snyder Interview on The PowWow Show Episode #171

On Wednesday, January 11, 2012, yours truly had the amazing time with the guys (Luis Amado and Jo Daddy) on the Pow Wow Show talking with the Rising Phenom comic book writer, Scott Snyder.

Scott Snyder, if you haven’t already known or seen all over this website, is one of the comic book industry’s BEST writer. Quick shout out to my Review’d Editor, Tyler Brown, for introducing me to his work. From his ongoing title on DC Vertigo’s ‘American Vampire’, to his 7-issue mini-series on Image Comics, ‘Severed’, Scott Snyder is making a name for himself due to his creepy page turner horror style. But it’s his love for DC’s Batman combined with his writing bravado that will blow your mind when you read his work on both ‘Detective Comics’ and the current ongoing reboot of ‘Batman’.

Listen to the Interview below from the Pow Wow Show Episode #171 and learn:
- What was it like to work with Stephen King when he wrote his first comic book story as the back issue story of Scott’s ‘American Vampire’.
- More about the first DC New 52 crossover event in the Bat-titles called “The Night of the Owls”.

- and word confirming new artist on ‘Batman’, ‘American Vampire’ artist and co-creator Rafael Albuquerque. Check out the images below and get relieved that it’s not the end of the world when Capullo’s run ends soon.
